We're looking for graphic designers who work from home and have reasonable rates. Our new shop is opening in two weeks and we need 3 designers on call that can assist with any graphic design work. This is how it will work:

1. Client comes to our shop for work and provides full specs for the project.
2. I refer the job to you, the designer, who then provides a quote
3. If your quote is accepted, you will receive a earnest 10% deposit and 95% of final payment.

My company will only retain 5% to cover the fees associated with processing the payment. You will receive your deposit via PAYPAL transfer once it is clear to do so. Final payment will be processed the same way minus 5%.
