Amadeus Consulting unveiled a new look to its website recently, as a reflection of its recent growth and success. This is the first major redesign since the company migrated its website to a cloud-based host earlier this year. The company also specializes in migrating websites to the cloud for its clients as well.

Amadeus Consulting, a custom software development company based out of Boulder, Colorado redesigned the site to accommodate new optimization and usability features. It also features a Silverlight virtual tour of the company's office, which allows visitors to learn about Amadeus Consulting, as well as the company's sustainability practices.
"We are constantly updating and adding things to the site," said John Basso, CIO at Amadeus Consulting. "But every once and awhile it is very helpful to take a fresh look and reevaluate everything. The new look and feel has not changed the site substantially, but it definitely helps make the site more user-friendly, and it gives us even more background control."
The new site also enables Amadeus Consulting to employ better search engine optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) tools and techniques.
"SEO is always changing, and we have been continually helping clients keep up to date and make progress on their sites while always making an effort to keep our site updated," said Jay Millard, CMO at Amadeus Consulting. "But every site needs regular redesigns and updates as the web evolves, and this was a good time to implement new ideas and technology."
The redesign also focused on the sites usability and visual appeal.
"Since the last rendition of the site, we have greatly expanded our creative services team," Millard said. "They have mostly been working on client projects, but they have devoted some of their time and expertise toward looking back at our own site."
The new design is intentionally simple, but also easy to use and navigate. According to the creative services team, the focus was on an appealing design that did not distract from the content. The redesign also integrated more powerful background tools that will make it even easier to create and modify new pages.
